I have just completed the Clarity Program coached, by Tatiana Miaskiewicz. It was very valuable exercise of rethinking defining what I really want to do and where I get good energy from. Tatiana helped me directing my thinking process towards working out clear vision of where I am and what I do within the next 3-5 years, taking into account my unique strengths and experience.

I very much appreciate all the support, guidance, and strategy in the TCD executive program. I enjoyed my interactive and insightful coaching & consulting sessions with Ramesh, which were valuable. I have just finished the Clarity process with Tatiana Miaskiewicz and it was excellent. The process is very thorough and well thought through in terms of progression from one stage to another. It is great to end up with a career vision that you can use as a beacon to head towards, especially when (like me) you find it hard to say no to things.
